Ability to develop strategic, localized approaches to drive business growth within the territory. Proven ability to motivate team members and work collaboratively. Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Flexibility in work hours is required to fulfill job objectives. Must possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle. This position entails significant travel and driving responsibilities.

MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

The Area Sales and Education Executive (ASEE) plays a crucial role in strategically enhancing the performance of Sephora and Ulta stores across the Southeast region. Reporting directly to the East Coast Regional Sales Manager, this individual will be responsible for reaching sales targets in designated stores by fostering robust relationships with Beauty Advisors and store leadership teams, delivering impactful training on both new and core products, executing engaging in-store events, and consistently providing sales support. Additionally, the ASEE will oversee a team of freelancers within the region, managing their training, scheduling, and budget effectively.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the assigned territory to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Forge and nurture strong partnerships at the store level with Beauty Advisors, Store Leadership, and District Managers.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly business reviews of the territory to identify key business drivers and market opportunities.
  • Create customized action plans for varying sales volumes to achieve targets and increase store rankings within the territory.
  • Oversee freelancer scheduling and budget management to optimize resources.
  • Organize and execute in-store events to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Provide exceptional support to retail staff and clients, addressing any needs during in-store visits.
  • Ensure that all merchandising displays, including home bays, counters, and endcaps, are visually appealing and aligned with company standards, while reporting any issues to the Regional Sales Manager.
