What You Bring:Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Ardupilot, PX4, or comparable open-source autopilot systems. Comprehensive knowledge of MAVLink, mission planning, and UAV communication protocols. Practical experience in UAV tuning, flight testing, and log analysis using tools like Mission Planner and MAVProxy. Experience in EKF configuration, tuning, and debugging to guarantee precise navigation and state estimation. Understanding of autonomous navigation, control theory, or multi-agent coordination. Ability to operate independently in a dynamic R&D environment. Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages for custom module development is a significant advantage. Familiarity with Linux environments and onboard companion computer setups (e.g., Raspberry Pi, Jetson) is a strong plus. Knowledge of flight controller firmware such as Betaflight or INAV is a plus.

Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated Ardupilot Engineer who will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and refining autonomous flight control systems for UAVs and robotic platforms. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Ardupilot or PX4, a thorough understanding of MAVLink communication, system configuration, flight tuning, and debugging, along with a strong desire to advance the frontiers of autonomous systems. You will work closely with teams specializing in AI, perception, and mission planning to create robust, adaptive, and intelligent multi-robot systems.
