About the job
At PermitFlow, we are revolutionizing the construction industry in America through the power of applied AI. Our innovative solutions address one of the largest challenges in the economy: deciphering what can be built, where, and how. Our AI-driven workforce empowers leading construction firms by streamlining processes from permitting and licensing to inspections and project completions, thereby accelerating progress in housing, clean energy, and infrastructure development nationwide.
Despite being a robust $1.6 trillion industry, construction faces significant hurdles such as delays, capital wastage, and missed opportunities. PermitFlow has transformed over $20 billion in projects, delivering unmatched speed, accuracy, and visibility, which enables contractors to minimize compliance time, mitigate risks, and scale confidently.
As America embarks on a CAPEX super-cycle, encompassing everything from data centers to renewable energy, joining PermitFlow means being at the forefront of AI technology that drives the next wave of industrial growth.
With over $90 million raised, including our recent Series B funding from prestigious investors like Accel, Kleiner Perkins, Initialized, and Y Combinator, we have the backing of industry leaders from OpenAI, Google, Procore, and more.
Our headquarters are located in New York City, and we offer a hybrid working model (3 in-office days per week). We encourage applications from NYC-based candidates or those willing to relocate.
