Arc'teryx Equipment Inc. is hiring an Analytics Engineer focused on Retail Analytics for the North Vancouver, BC corporate office. This hybrid role sits within the Retail Capabilities Department and reports to the Senior Manager, Retail Analytics.

The Analytics Engineer will play a central role in shaping business intelligence efforts for our retail operations. The position involves designing, implementing, and enhancing advanced reporting and analytics solutions that support decision-making across the organization.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Retail Analytics and cross-functional partners in FP&A, Operations Solutions, and Technology to deliver impactful analytics projects.
  • Develop and refine reporting frameworks that turn raw data into actionable business insights.
  • Integrate data analysis with business strategy to support improvements in vertical retail operations.
  • Work within an agile environment to create and execute comprehensive analytics solutions.

  • Experienced in retail analytics, finance, or workforce planning.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, agile setting.
  • Skilled at translating complex data into clear, meaningful insights for business stakeholders.
  • Eligible to work in Canada.

This position is based in North Vancouver and follows a hybrid work schedule.
