With 15 campuses nationwide, AIM educates about 20% of all students in FAA-certified Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) programs across the United States. Role Overview: Aircraft Maintenance Instructor

Experienced A&P mechanics have the chance to move from the hangar to the classroom. This role focuses on teaching and mentoring the next generation of aviation technicians. Instructors use their practical background to guide students and help them build strong technical skills.

This position is based in Charlotte, NC. AIM welcomes instructors who want a stable schedule and opportunities for professional growth in a city known for its growing aviation sector.
