Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM) has provided aviation maintenance education and training since 1969. With 15 campuses nationwide, AIM educates about 20% of all students in FAA-certified Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) programs. Nearly one in four certified aircraft technicians in the U. S. graduate from AIM each year.

Role Overview: Aircraft Maintenance Instructor
This position is based in Charlotte, NC. AIM is looking for experienced A&P mechanics ready to move from the hangar to the classroom. Instructors help train and mentor the next generation of aviation technicians, sharing practical expertise and supporting student growth.
For those considering relocation, AIM offers a $2,500 relocation bonus for out-of-area hires who move to Charlotte. Qualified out-of-area candidates are also eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
