Role overview
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in London. The AI Transformation Lead for People will guide the adoption of AI within Trainline’s People function. The focus is on pinpointing high-value opportunities, shaping practical solutions, and integrating AI-driven tools and processes into daily People operations.
Collaboration is central in this position, which bridges the People, Technology, and Data teams. The aim is to transform work across the employee lifecycle by introducing AI, automation, and agent-based workflows. This work is intended to increase efficiency, enhance employee experience, and free up resources for more strategic initiatives.
What you will do
- Review People processes, systems, and workflows to identify valuable opportunities for AI implementation.
- Create and deliver an AI roadmap focused on outcomes, with an emphasis on speed and business impact.
- Partner with People leadership to select and prioritize a portfolio of AI use cases.
- Promote AI adoption in the People function and ensure alignment with Trainline’s broader AI strategy.
