About the job

The construction industry is currently grappling with a significant labor shortage, necessitating a reimagining of talent acquisition and a modernization of workforce strategies. Bridgit is a pioneering leader in workforce planning, collaborating with the largest and most advanced general contractors in the United States. Since our inception in 2019, we have continually gained momentum and are poised for even greater innovation and expansion.

At Bridgit, we are not just incorporating AI into our products; we are fundamentally transforming how we operate through AI integration. We are seeking an AI Technical Program Manager to spearhead this internal evolution. This role is pivotal at the crossroads of technology and business, where you will engage directly with our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams—Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations—to identify friction points and create AI-driven solutions. You will develop custom Claude skills and plugins, internal agents, workflow automations, and integrations designed to enhance our team's efficiency and effectiveness.

This position reports to the Director of Product Management and works collaboratively across the organization. You will thrive in both sales team stand-ups and technical discussions regarding API integrations with development teams. We welcome diverse backgrounds, whether you are a developer intrigued by the business aspect or a product manager eager to deepen your technical expertise. If you can learn a new AI capability on Monday and prototype a solution by Wednesday, then this role is tailored for you.
