Role Overview
As a Senior Strategic Services Consultant specializing in AI Agent Deployment at ClickUp, you will spearhead impactful, end-to-end customer engagements that yield measurable results through agentic automation. You will collaborate with executive and operational stakeholders to design and deploy ClickUp Certified Agents, enhancing the customer’s workspace and workflows to minimize manual tasks, elevate quality and compliance, and unlock scalable ROI.
You will operate with significant autonomy across intricate implementations, balancing strategic advisory (roadmaps, operating models, value realization) with practical execution (configuration, testing, launch, enablement). Additionally, you'll play a vital role in scaling Certified Agent delivery by developing repeatable playbooks, mentoring team members, and providing product and program insights back to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Advisory and Executive Partnership
Manage senior stakeholder relationships; align agent deployments with business priorities, operational constraints, and measurable success metrics.
Conduct discovery sessions with a consultative approach to identify high-value workflows suitable for agentic automation; convert objectives into a practical delivery roadmap.
Advise on governance, risk controls, and adoption strategies for AI-enabled workflows (ownership, escalation paths, monitoring, change management).
Oversee ongoing post-launch customer relationship management, proactively monitoring adoption and outcomes, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and identifying risks and opportunities for expansion.
AI Agent Deployment Leadership (End-to-End Delivery)
Lead kickoff through launch for Certified Agent engagements, ensuring robust scope control, timeline management, and stakeholder alignment.
Develop and implement strategies for optimizing agent deployments and ensuring measurable outcomes.
