Role Overview
We are seeking a talented AI Productivity Platform Manager to join our innovative AI Productivity team. In this pivotal role, you will enhance our AI initiatives, ensuring our suite of AI tools—including ChatGPT Enterprise, Glean, Gemini, and various trials—are operationally efficient, well-governed, and scalable.
You will take charge of the "day-2 operations" of our AI productivity stack, overseeing access provisioning, license management, integrations, and pilot programs. By streamlining these processes, you will mitigate operational risks and accelerate value delivery for teams across Oura engaging with new AI technologies. Note: This position is a 6-month fixed-term role.
Work Location
This position is fully remote within the United States, with a preference for candidates located in San Francisco or New York City. We also have offices in San Francisco, San Diego, and Los Angeles for those who prefer a hybrid or office environment. Oura employees in other major cities, including Boston and New York, occasionally convene informally at local co-working spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Access & Provisioning: Oversee the intake and processing of access requests for approved AI tools (employees and contractors). Handle provisioning and deprovisioning via Google Groups, vendor admin consoles, and SCIM when applicable.
- Drive Pilot Operations: Establish "ready-to-run" pilot kits, complete with onboarding instructions, Slack channel setup, and support escalation pathways. Maintain an up-to-date roster of active pilots and participants.
- Coordinate Integrations: Collaborate with Workplace Technology and vendors to ensure SSO/SCIM readiness and facilitate app integrations (e.g., linking AI tools to Slack, Jira, Figma).
- Oversee Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices regarding AI tools and data usage.
