Role Overview
As an AI Deployment Manager, you will play a crucial role in post-sales enablement, focusing on delivering impactful enablement and adoption services across OpenAI's extensive product suite. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing technical enablement experiences that support a repeatable adoption framework—driving sustained activation, expanding usage breadth and depth, and generating measurable business value through products such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Codex, Agents, and the API. You will assist customers in understanding and effectively applying deployment harnesses, evaluation layers, and operational controls necessary for reliable usage.
This position requires a blend of deep technical fluency, instructional design, and customer advisory skills. You will lead live training sessions, workshops, and adoption interventions for diverse audiences, from hands-on builders to executive leaders, ensuring they grasp not only the capabilities of OpenAI's products but also how to leverage them effectively in real-world scenarios.
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to enhance customer confidence, increase product adoption, support successful launches of new product features, and help clients translate technical functionalities into tangible outcomes.
This position is based in our New York City office. We embrace a hybrid work model, requiring three days in the office per week, and offer relocation assistance for new hires.
