About the Role
As an AI Deployment Manager (ADM) - Pilots, you will play a pivotal role in shaping enterprise AI initiatives for our customers. This customer-centric position entails leading structured and time-sensitive AI pilot programs from the initial planning stages to the final executive presentation. Your mission is to assist clients in assessing OpenAI’s innovative products within practical scenarios, uncovering high-value applications, and delivering actionable insights that align with their business objectives.
You will craft and execute pilot projects that foster activation, promote ongoing usage, and achieve quantifiable results across platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise and Codex, along with related workflows. Collaborating closely with customer stakeholders, you will establish success parameters, guide users from trial phases to full-scale adoption, and translate pilot findings into strategic recommendations that facilitate expansion or purchasing decisions.
This role demands excellent judgment and the capacity to navigate ambiguity while maintaining a strong focus on aligning technical capabilities with tangible business outcomes. You will regularly interact with executive leaders and operational teams, tailoring your approach to meet customers at their current stage and propel them forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI pilot programs, including defining project scope, participant cohorts, and success metrics that drive commercial decisions.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases that can deliver significant insights within a 30 to 45-day pilot timeframe.
- Foster activation and ongoing engagement within pilot cohorts through targeted enablement initiatives, dedicated office hours, and workflow coaching.
- Continuously monitor pilot performance, making real-time adjustments to address engagement gaps, use case traction, or stakeholder alignment issues.
- Convert pilot outcomes into clear, executive-ready recommendations on whether to proceed with expansion efforts.
- Overcome customer constraints such as security, data access issues, and competition from alternative tools while maintaining pilot momentum.
- Collaborate closely with Account Directors, Solutions Engineers, and customer stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope, risks, and forthcoming steps.
- Capture and analyze patterns from pilot programs to develop repeatable playbooks that enhance qualification, execution, and overall outcomes.
Ideal Candidate:
- Possess over 8 years of experience in enterprise consulting, customer success, program management, solutions engineering, or a related field.
