About the Role
As the AI Delivery Manager, you will take ownership of the complete delivery process for enterprise Voice AI programs—from signed Statement of Work (SOW) or Proof of Concept (POC) through to go-live and handover—ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes within budget and on schedule.
In this role, you will oversee every project and production deployment from the moment contracts are signed to the go-live phase and subsequent renewals. You will act as the project leader, ensuring timelines are met, customer satisfaction is maintained, and our internal teams are coordinated effectively.
While you will not be coding or building agents (that is the role of the Solution Engineer), you will be the orchestrator—tracking progress, resolving issues, managing project scope, keeping communication lines open with customers, and escalating challenges internally as needed. Your efforts will directly contribute to the timely launch of projects and the retention of customers.
