About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as an Agile Coach, where you'll play a pivotal role in fostering agile methodologies within cross-functional teams in an enterprise software environment. Your mission is to inspire and guide teams in adopting agile behaviors, promoting Agile values and principles to drive organizational success. You will not only coach but also influence all levels of the organization, creating a culture focused on transparency, speed, quality, and innovation. Your success will be reflected in the behavior changes of those you coach, as you empower them to understand, learn, and embrace agile practices to enhance customer and business value while cultivating a thriving agile team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion servant-leadership and guide teams in Scrum and Kanban methodologies
• Foster an environment that encourages transparency, learning, innovation, quality, and speed
• Assess and enhance the health of Agile practices and cultures within teams
• Implement effective metrics to drive value-driven delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to empower teams
• Design, deliver, and refine tailored Agile training programs
• Support non-development teams in their agile transformation efforts
• Partner with fellow Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters across the organization
• Train and mentor new Development teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Managers in Agile values and practices
• Contribute to the development of Scrum Masters
• Provide daily mentoring and guidance to multiple teams
• Identify and address organizational impediments to successful Agile transformations
• Organize workshops that promote Agile maturity organization-wide
• Communicate effectively with teams and leaders, demonstrating strong listening, inquiry, and feedback skills
• Uphold Agile/Scrum/Kanban principles, serving as an authority and advocate
• Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and high-energy approach
• Continuously enhance your expertise by exploring new tools and techniques
• Facilitate conflict resolution and discussions on various approaches
• Coach teams and the organization to achieve excellence in Agile practices.
