Fengate Infrastructure is growing and seeking an Administrative Assistant to support its senior leadership team in Toronto, Ontario. This role calls for a professional who brings discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. An interest in the infrastructure sector and Fengate's operations will help contribute to the team's ongoing success.

What You Will Do

  • Manage confidential information with care and integrity.
  • Organize and coordinate schedules, travel, meetings, and communications for the leadership team to maximize efficiency.
  • Support daily operations for the Infrastructure leadership group and work closely with other senior leaders.
  • Prioritize tasks and act as a gatekeeper, using sound judgment.
  • Assist in preparing and proofreading presentations and emails, primarily using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Provide administrative support to several leaders, each with their own working styles and priorities.
  • Plan and coordinate special projects, meetings, and events with attention to detail.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners, including investors.
  • Work collaboratively with the Executive Assistant team.
  • Handle ad-hoc business requests as they arise.
  • Support the Executive Assistant for Infrastructure and serve as backup when needed.
  • Keep records and files organized and up to date.
