Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with Financial Recordkeeping: Aid the accounting team in ensuring accurate financial records through data entry, reconciliation, and documentation.
- Support Accounts Payable and Receivable: Engage in processing invoices, tracking payments, and addressing discrepancies in accounts payable and receivable.
- Conduct Account Reconciliations: Execute monthly reconciliations of bank statements and other accounts to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze Financial Data: Contribute to the interpretation of financial information, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Manage sensitive financial data with the utmost discretion and uphold high standards of confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Education: Actively pursuing or recently obtained a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage Intacct is desirable.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy in financial data.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively in a team setting.
