Client Partnership Team
The Client Partnership team leads both the strategic direction and relationship management for Collectively’s influencer marketing services. This group works closely with clients to support their creator marketing goals throughout the full account lifecycle. The team focuses on building strong relationships with client stakeholders and delivering strategic influencer marketing proposals, RFPs, and ongoing guidance to help brands advance as creator-centric marketers.
Directors on this team are responsible for account performance, managing a set group of client accounts, and guiding Client Partnership staff through core workflows. They also play a key role in ensuring effective collaboration across teams during the client journey.
Role Overview: Account & Strategy Director
The Account & Strategy Director is a senior leader who oversees one or more client accounts and typically manages 1-3 direct reports. This role is responsible for retaining at least $5 million in annual revenue, depending on the client portfolio. The Director reports to a business leader (VP or SVP).
