Role overview
The Account & Strategy Director is a senior leader within the Client Partnership team, based in the New York City metro area. This role oversees one or more client accounts and typically manages a small team of 1-3 direct reports. The Director is responsible for retaining at least $5 million in annual revenue, depending on the assigned client portfolio, and reports to a VP or SVP.
What you will do
- Lead the strategic direction and relationship management for influencer marketing services across assigned accounts
- Oversee account performance and manage the full account lifecycle
- Guide Client Partnership staff through core workflows and daily operations
- Deliver strategic influencer marketing proposals, RFPs, and ongoing guidance to clients
- Ensure strong collaboration across teams throughout the client journey
Requirements
- Experience managing client accounts and leading teams within influencer marketing or related fields
- Proven ability to retain significant annual revenue (at least $5 million, depending on portfolio)
- Strong relationship-building and strategic planning skills
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and supporting client goals from proposal through execution
