Collaborate directly with partner representatives, owners, and senior management to enhance sales of the client's products and services. Utilize direct training, observation, side-by-side selling, and customer interactions to demonstrate effective sales techniques and educate employees on current promotional activities. Train management on effective selling strategies by engaging with their employees and customers through both informal and formal training methods. Proactively design and implement motivational contests, goals, challenges, and incentives to boost sales performance and address underperformance. Conduct visit analyses of sales interactions, providing suggestions and presentations to optimize sales strategies for the client. Regularly visit partner offices, offering assistance to representatives in need of guidance.

Join DSI, a leading sales enablement organization, as an Account Sales Manager (ASM) within our dynamic Exclusive Distribution Model (EDM) team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving sales performance for our client's products across the designated territory.

As the ASM, you will connect training with sales strategies, collaborating closely with our partners and management to represent our client effectively. Your responsibilities will encompass delivering formal classroom training, engaging in side-by-side selling, facilitating informal group training sessions, and igniting enthusiasm around selling and the broader opportunities available. Evaluating market opportunities and challenges will also be central to your role, along with providing innovative solutions to drive success. Your performance will be gauged by sales metrics, relationship cultivation, timely reporting, and your overall impact on the program.

Note: This position requires 50-75% travel.
