Job Overview:

We are on the lookout for a motivated and results-oriented Account Representative to spearhead new sales initiatives and nurture existing client relationships within the Charlotte region. This role is perfectly suited for individuals with a robust background in both inbound and outbound sales. In this position, you will market our diverse range of services for both short- and long-term projects to key stakeholders in commercial real estate, working closely with our operations team and embodying our core values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls, follow up with leads, and engage in effective face-to-face selling.
  • Territory Outreach: Actively pursue opportunities to enhance company visibility.
  • Build and maintain enduring relationships with clients and local teams.
  • Collaborate with the local operations team and clients to schedule projects and streamline workflow.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring prompt responses.
  • Utilize proven sales techniques while consistently looking for ways to enhance strategies.
  • Estimate, negotiate, and bid on projects, including federal contracts.
  • Be accountable for driving territory success and achieving regional KPIs.
