Job Overview:
We are on the lookout for a motivated and results-oriented Account Representative to spearhead new sales initiatives and nurture existing client relationships within the Charlotte region. This role is perfectly suited for individuals with a robust background in both inbound and outbound sales. In this position, you will market our diverse range of services for both short- and long-term projects to key stakeholders in commercial real estate, working closely with our operations team and embodying our core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls, follow up with leads, and engage in effective face-to-face selling.
- Territory Outreach: Actively pursue opportunities to enhance company visibility.
- Build and maintain enduring relationships with clients and local teams.
- Collaborate with the local operations team and clients to schedule projects and streamline workflow.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring prompt responses.
- Utilize proven sales techniques while consistently looking for ways to enhance strategies.
- Estimate, negotiate, and bid on projects, including federal contracts.
- Be accountable for driving territory success and achieving regional KPIs.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in selling services within a technical industry.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B or outside sales is preferred.
- A self-starter with strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficient in technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Ability to align teams with company culture and drive sales growth.
- A reliable personal vehicle with current insurance and a valid driver’s license that meets insurability standards.
- Willingness to travel locally and nationally as necessary.
