Job Overview:

We are in search of a dynamic and results-oriented Account Representative to spearhead new sales initiatives and nurture existing client relationships in the Charlotte area. This role is perfect for individuals with a robust background in both inbound and outbound sales. As an Account Representative, you will market our diverse service offerings for both short- and long-term projects to influential stakeholders in commercial real estate. You will work closely with our operations team and embody our organization’s core values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and engage in effective face-to-face selling.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance company visibility in the territory.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and local teams.
  • Collaborate with the local operations team and clients to coordinate project scheduling and workflow.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with timely responses.
  • Utilize proven sales strategies while continuously seeking improvements.
  • Estimate, negotiate, and bid on projects, including federal contracts.
  • Be accountable for achieving territory success and meeting regional KPIs.
