Job Overview:
We are in search of a dynamic and results-oriented Account Representative to spearhead new sales initiatives and nurture existing client relationships in the Charlotte area. This role is perfect for individuals with a robust background in both inbound and outbound sales. As an Account Representative, you will market our diverse service offerings for both short- and long-term projects to influential stakeholders in commercial real estate. You will work closely with our operations team and embody our organization’s core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and engage in effective face-to-face selling.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance company visibility in the territory.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and local teams.
- Collaborate with the local operations team and clients to coordinate project scheduling and workflow.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with timely responses.
- Utilize proven sales strategies while continuously seeking improvements.
- Estimate, negotiate, and bid on projects, including federal contracts.
- Be accountable for achieving territory success and meeting regional KPIs.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in selling services within a technical industry.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B or outside sales is preferred.
- Self-motivated with strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficient in technology, including Microsoft Suite and ERP systems.
- Ability to align teams with company culture and drive sales growth.
- Possess a reliable personal vehicle, current insurance, and a valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
- Willingness to travel locally and corporately as required.
