About the Account Management Team
Our Account Management team is responsible for approximately 25% of Mixpanel's global Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) within the EMEA region. The team is dedicated to retaining and expanding our client relationships through seamless onboarding, maximizing the value customers derive from Mixpanel’s features, encouraging product adoption, and identifying growth opportunities.
We have fostered a vibrant community of practice in collaboration with our Customer Success team, both in EMEA and globally. While individual targets are important, we also nurture a team culture that emphasizes knowledge sharing and mutual support as essential components of success.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will work closely with Mixpanel's clients throughout the UK and select regions in France, Benelux, and the Nordics, driving customer success and revenue growth within your portfolio. Successful Account Managers at Mixpanel possess a deep understanding of our product's functionalities and continually identify new ways to deliver value to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with executive-level decision-makers at your accounts, aligning their goals with the value Mixpanel provides.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy focused on product adoption, delivering business value, and uncovering growth opportunities across a portfolio of 40-75 accounts valued between $2M and $3M.
- Maintain up-to-date Salesforce records regarding renewals, upsells, and churn risks, providing accurate weekly revenue forecasts.
- Serve as a thought leader and analytics partner for your accounts through insightful use cases and demonstrable business impact.
- Conduct analytics workshops, brainstorming sessions, and product training to ensure effective adoption and usage of Mixpanel.
