The Opportunity:
We are seeking an Account Manager to elevate our reputation for client relations to new heights, particularly in the vibrant Quebec market. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, talents, and Dulcedo team members, creating distinctive brand identities and digital strategies that help our talents stand out in their careers and develop their personal brands. This position combines client relationship management, project supervision, strategic development, and social media expertise. To succeed, you must possess excellent client communication and organizational skills, along with a true passion for the creator economy.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute negotiated partnerships for our talents from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all contractual terms.
- Track performance by assessing key performance indicators (KPIs) and present comprehensive reports at the end of each partnership, detailing successes, challenges, and key insights to guide future strategies.
- Develop content strategies and digital marketing initiatives.
