TransPerfect is seeking an Account Manager for the Medical Device sector in Buenos Aires. This position focuses on building strong client relationships and managing production processes. The Account Manager works with the Director of Strategic Accounts and partners closely with regional Sales and Production teams. The role centers on supporting diverse client accounts, finding new business opportunities, and providing high-quality service to medical device clients.
What You Will Do
- Understand client requirements in detail, ensuring teams and processes are set up to meet or exceed expectations.
- Develop and implement processes that match customer needs, aiming to improve quality, client satisfaction, and account growth. Share account status updates with stakeholders regularly.
- Work with the Team Lead to advise clients on localization best practices, using productivity tools and technology to improve account efficiency.
- Join meetings with Sales and clients, acting as a link between internal teams and external partners to address concerns and support both short- and long-term goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts.
- Negotiate budgets and timelines with clients. Collaborate with the Production team to define project scope and prepare proposals or review quotes.
- Show genuine interest in each client's industry, products, and company culture to deliver strong service.
- Support project success by giving clear process instructions to project teams and keeping both clients and Production updated on project progress.
