TransPerfect is hiring an Account Manager to support the Medical Device sector in Buenos Aires. This role centers on building lasting client relationships, overseeing production processes, and ensuring high standards of service for medical device accounts. The Account Manager partners closely with the Director of Strategic Accounts and works alongside regional Sales and Production teams.
Key responsibilities
- Gain a detailed understanding of client requirements and ensure internal teams are set up to meet or exceed expectations.
- Develop and refine processes tailored to customer needs, aiming for improved quality, client satisfaction, and account growth. Provide regular updates on account status to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Team Lead to advise clients on localization best practices, and use productivity tools and technology to enhance account efficiency.
- Participate in meetings with Sales and clients, serving as a link between internal teams and external partners to address concerns and support both immediate and long-term objectives.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts.
- Negotiate budgets and timelines with clients, and work with the Production team to define project scope, prepare proposals, and review quotes.
- Demonstrate genuine interest in each client's industry, products, and company culture to provide attentive service.
- Support project delivery by giving clear process instructions to project teams and keeping both clients and Production informed about project progress.
