About the Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for new clients and to facilitate collaboration between them and our creative team. This role is pivotal, navigating the journey from initial inquiry to project completion while fostering ongoing relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
With a background in film or production, you will confidently discuss timelines, deliverables, and the creative process. Your organizational skills, personable nature, and commitment to enhancing the client experience will be essential. Please note, this is a remote position.
What You'll Do
Client Intake & Conversion
Manage the inbound lead pipeline—responding promptly, qualifying opportunities, and guiding prospects through their decision-making process.
Conduct discovery calls to grasp client objectives, accurately scope projects, and set clear expectations.
Collaborate with creative leadership to prepare proposals and scopes of work.
Close new business deals and ensure a smooth transition to the creative producer and production team.
Account Management
Act as the primary contact for all pricing inquiries, scope modifications, and contract issues.
Cultivate and strengthen client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
Develop and maintain the sales playbook, proposal templates, and client-facing materials.
Proactively seek client reviews, testimonials, and identify clients suitable for case studies.
CRM & Pipeline Management
Ensure the health of the CRM by keeping pipeline data accurate, current, and actionable.
Monitor and report on key sales metrics, including conversion rates and other performance indicators.
