Creating detailed spreadsheets that catalog prospective client information, including names, titles, contact details, and other relevant data.
Executing daily outreach to potential clients using up-to-date client data.
Initiating cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and establish connections.
Employing creative problem-solving skills to enhance our new business development strategies.
Negotiating service rates and project timelines with both prospective and existing clients.
Providing education on the translation process to clients, including details on our pricing, turnaround times, and competitive analysis.
Collaborating with production teams to ensure high-quality project delivery and meticulous attention to detail.
Maintaining regular follow-ups with clients to assess their satisfaction with our services.
Staying informed about the industries we serve, including market leaders and current trends.
Taking on special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.
