  • Providing education on the translation process to clients, including details on our pricing, turnaround times, and competitive analysis.

  • Collaborating with production teams to ensure high-quality project delivery and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Maintaining regular follow-ups with clients to assess their satisfaction with our services.

  • Staying informed about the industries we serve, including market leaders and current trends.

  • Taking on special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.
