Role overview

Account Managers lead delivery for assigned clients, serving as the main point of contact and representing DEPT® in every interaction. Collaboration is central: content, technology, media, and data all intersect in the day-to-day work. This position combines account management with planning, shaping brand strategy while overseeing daily execution.

Strong client relationships are essential. The role involves developing strategies that use technology to personalize communications at scale and creating ideas that stand out in a crowded digital space. Empathy for client audiences and a focus on measurable ROI are at the core of this work.
