Key Responsibilities: Develop media-specific documents for campaign RFPs, including media plans, specification sheets, and presentation decks. Participate in campaign brainstorming sessions and support proposal analysis to generate innovative ideas aligning with client objectives. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Billboard products, pricing, and packaging to effectively build media plans. Interpret advertising P&Ls to ensure pricing precision. Manage daily communications with key clients and internal stakeholders. Create performance reports for clients, integrating insights from third-party servers and direct reporting. Extract actionable insights from performance reports, data, and analytics. Input relevant campaign data into the Salesforce system for accurate forecasting of pipeline and revenue. Organize and aggregate creative assets received for campaign execution. Assist account managers in enhancing pre-sale and post-sale processes, including invoice submissions and budget requests. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in digital planning or account management within a digital publishing or media agency environment. Strong proficiency in Excel and other relevant tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A deep passion for music and entertainment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
