With a team of over 110 employees located in Paris, Madrid, and London, we utilize our proprietary WMS (Warehouse Management System) Atlas and maintain a network of 7 warehouses across Europe. About the Role 

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding Bigblue's key accounts, focusing on the most promising European D2C brands and contributing significantly to their success.

Foster Authentic, Long-Term Partnerships
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with merchants in your portfolio.
- Assist various stakeholders in their daily interactions with Bigblue services.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for our merchants.

Collaborate for Mutual Growth
- Contribute to the strategic development of our merchants and identify key metrics that drive growth.
- Navigate and deliver on complex goals where strategies are not predefined. Balance immediate customer needs with long-term company investments.
- Recognize new opportunities for upselling.

Champion Customer Excellence
- Analyze trends in merchant feedback, both positive and negative. Develop improvement plans and manage expectations.
- Utilize customer insights and market trends to aid in feature development and enhance merchant experiences with Bigblue.
- Identify and implement internal enhancements that can benefit a broad range of customers (e.g., improving efficiencies through tools and processes).
