Key Responsibilities:Manage and nurture a global portfolio of ezyCollect customers. Proactively seek upsell and cross-sell opportunities across various products and regions. Lead a comprehensive consultative upsell cycle including discovery, solution presentation, pricing negotiations, and closing deals. Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer on pricing strategies, contract modifications, and renewals. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as CFOs, Financial Controllers, and AR leaders. Position ezyCollect as a trusted advisor, effectively communicating ROI and business impact. Assist clients in navigating changes as their businesses grow and evolve. Work closely with the Customer Success team to identify and capitalize on the right opportunities for our clients.

We are seeking a passionate and driven Account Manager to join our APAC SMB division, ezyCollect by Sidetrade. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the commercial growth of our existing client portfolio across the globe.
