You will adhere to established implementation methodologies and receive guidance from senior team members on more complex scenarios, paving the way for growth into advanced project leadership roles.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Implementation DeliveryOversee client implementations and specific workstreams within larger projects.Assist in client onboarding processes, including kickoff meetings, timelines, and status updates.Gather and analyze client requirements, translating business needs into system configurations and setup tasks.Guide clients through standard onboarding processes, ensuring clarity regarding timelines, roles, and expectations.Project Coordination & ExecutionCreate and maintain project plans, timelines, and task tracking using established tools and templates.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to senior team members as necessary.Coordinate cross-functional activities across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Support teams.Ensure system configurations and setups are completed, tested, and validated before going live.Client Communication & SupportAct as the primary point of contact for daily client communication during implementation.Provide regular updates on project status and ensure client satisfaction throughout the onboarding process.
