The Retail Media team at HelloFresh plays a vital role in connecting national brands with our extensive customer base through innovative product sampling, recipe integrations, digital activations, immersive brand experiences, and meal kit sponsorships. With access to tens of millions of consumers monthly, we empower brands to engage targeted consumer segments effectively, driving mass-scale trials, purchase conversions, and genuine word-of-mouth conversations in both online and offline spaces.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all facets of the sales process, from initiating and nurturing new business relationships to closing add-on and incremental deals, identifying client needs, and proposing impactful programs.
  • Devise strategic marketing solutions tailored to the needs of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) clients.
  • Enhance and streamline our sales and prospecting processes using Generative AI tools to boost sales performance.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales plan for your territory to surpass growth and revenue objectives.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients and agencies.
  • Act as a key external representative for HelloFresh, promoting our brand and values.

Your Profile:

  • Experience working collaboratively with national CPG brands and their digital agency representatives, focusing on product sampling, couponing, shopper marketing, and both digital and trade marketing.
  • A strategic partner to your assigned clients, capable of offering a diverse range of advertising solutions to meet their business objectives.

Your Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding renewal goals and profit margins.
  • Successful track record in generating repeat business.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in-person and remotely via phone and email.
  • Experience utilizing Generative AI to streamline sales processes.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, a positive attitude, enthusiasm, high energy, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically as required.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is preferred.
