Key Responsibilities:
Client Service & Program Support
- Assist in managing daily client account activities such as media relations, award submissions, speaking opportunities, and content creation.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and priorities to ensure alignment with client objectives and quality standards.
- Engage in client meetings, documenting notes, drafting follow-ups, and ensuring action items are executed.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and media possibilities to enhance client narratives.
- Contribute to the development of quarterly campaign strategies and public relations recommendations.
Media & Influencer Relations
- Establish and nurture relationships with journalists and influencers across business and technology sectors.
