ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets by connecting with wedding professionals across various categories nationwide through virtual engagement. Utilizing a consultative sales approach, you will foster relationships with business owners, advising them on industry best practices and guiding them to stay ahead of technology trends via The Knot and WeddingWire advertising platforms.

Our Account Executives are self-motivated, independent, and excel at meeting their sales goals. They thrive on building relationships with business owners and decision-makers, understanding their objectives and needs. The New Business Sales team is dedicated to forming valuable partnerships with wedding professionals and facilitating significant business success.

The expected salary for this position ranges from $42,000 to $53,000. This salary is part of The Knot Worldwide's comprehensive rewards package for employees, which includes health care insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid sick leave, personal time off, and parental leave. Additionally, this role is eligible for variable compensation and performance bonuses.
