Role Overview: Account Executive, Mid-Market
The Mid-Market Account Executive joins Notion's Go-To-Market Sales Team, focusing on pipeline growth, revenue generation, and expanding relationships with key accounts. This role blends relationship-building with strategic thinking, contributing to both sales tactics and product development through customer insights.
What You Will Do
- Identify and develop new mid-market accounts, showing how Notion supports collaboration and productivity.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers while seeking new engagement opportunities.
- Refine the contract renewal process to retain and grow the customer base, aiming to reduce churn.
- Lead in-person and virtual meetings with prospects to understand their business needs and goals.
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships within client organizations.
- Deliver product demos and close deals that meet or exceed sales targets.
- Help create sales playbooks and shape sales processes.
- Work closely with Notion’s user community to ensure a strong customer experience.
- Partner with teams across sales, customer success, and legal for a coordinated approach.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of sales experience in a fast-growing software company.
- A track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Resourceful and creative problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented mindset and a commitment to customer success.
Location
This position is based in New York, New York. Office attendance is required on designated days.
