Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through various strategies, including internet sourcing, trade show participation, referrals, and personal outreach.
  • Establish and nurture new client relationships through cold calling, networking, and participation in industry events.
  • Drive growth from existing clients by collaborating closely with senior leadership to enhance and upsell the TransPerfect service portfolio.
  • Innovate and refine new business development strategies to enhance effectiveness.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with both prospective and current clients.
  • Provide education to prospective and existing clients regarding our services, including pricing structures, turnaround times, and competitor insights.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure seamless execution and attention to detail for all projects.
