Braze is expanding its presence in Central America LATAM and seeks an Account Executive based in Mexico City. This role centers on building new business and nurturing client relationships throughout the region. Collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success teams is key, as the Account Executive helps clients achieve their engagement goals with the Braze platform.
Main responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Central America LATAM market.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Lead product demonstrations and presentations to highlight Braze’s solutions.
- Partner with the marketing team to design targeted campaigns for the LATAM region.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Share client feedback and market insights with the product team.
- Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape in the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in MarTech or SaaS.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales goals.
- Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and digital marketing.
- Fluent communication and presentation skills in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
