Requirements:Fluency in English with eligibility to work and reside in South Africa. Willingness to travel as required. A minimum of 2 years’ experience with a proven track record in selling IT solutions, ideally with 5 years in B2B SaaS. Experience selling to Accountants and Bookkeepers is advantageous but not mandatory. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage sales involving multiple decision-makers. Proven experience in building and maintaining a sales pipeline while consistently achieving or exceeding quotas. Strong record of aligning customer needs with appropriate solutions in a high-volume sales context.

We are currently seeking a talented and driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team, focusing on delivering outstanding support to our customers within the Accountants and Bookkeepers ('AB') Channel.

Your Profile:

  • As a passionate and results-oriented professional, you possess extensive experience in selling B2B SaaS solutions, comfortably navigating the entire sales cycle with a strong focus on generating new business and prospecting.

  • In your role as Account Executive, you will be tasked with driving significant growth for our product across the APAC region.

  • By harnessing your skills in identifying new opportunities from initial contact through to closing, you will consistently surpass your targets and develop a robust sales pipeline to ensure success.

  • You will manage all inbound leads within your territory while proactively engaging in outbound prospecting to target potential customers, ultimately enhancing revenue streams.

  • Your success will hinge on meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through precise forecasting and meticulous pipeline management.

  • We provide you with support from our Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering teams to help you secure and expand customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic territory plan focused on quota achievement.

  • Engage prospects through various channels including phone, email, LinkedIn, and Zoom.

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers for outbound sales efforts.

  • Lead discovery calls, sales demonstrations, product walkthroughs, and all customer interactions independently.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting data within our reporting system to facilitate opportunity management.

  • Drive revenue growth and contribute to the ongoing success of ApprovalMax by consistently achieving both individual and team sales targets.

  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

  • Remain informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and our expanding product offerings.

  • Represent ApprovalMax at various offline events, approximately once or twice a quarter.

  • Perform additional tasks as needed.
