ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Account Executive on our Commercial In-House team, you will handle intricate SMB deals at the threshold of mid-market, engaging multiple stakeholders throughout extended sales cycles. Your expertise in consultative selling will guide prospects through discovery, solution alignment, and negotiation, fostering strong relationships along the way.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct in-depth discovery and onboarding calls to pinpoint client needs.
Navigate deals through a prolonged, multi-step sales cycle (4–8 weeks+), from qualification to closure.
Showcase the value of our products and services to prospective clients.
Enhance our sales processes and documentation for improved efficiency.
Maintain accurate and timely records in our CRM system.
Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with external contacts and internal teams to elevate the customer experience.
Collaborate with IT to complete RFP or security questionnaires during the sales process.
Share insights and best practices within and outside the Sales team for continuous improvement.
Provide feedback from prospects to our product team to guide future enhancements.
Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support sales team improvement and revenue goals, including participating in events or leading training sessions.
