ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Account Executive on our Commercial In-House team, you will handle intricate SMB deals at the threshold of mid-market, engaging multiple stakeholders throughout extended sales cycles. Your expertise in consultative selling will guide prospects through discovery, solution alignment, and negotiation, fostering strong relationships along the way.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct in-depth discovery and onboarding calls to pinpoint client needs.

  • Navigate deals through a prolonged, multi-step sales cycle (4–8 weeks+), from qualification to closure.

  • Showcase the value of our products and services to prospective clients.

  • Enhance our sales processes and documentation for improved efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate and timely records in our CRM system.

  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with external contacts and internal teams to elevate the customer experience.

  • Collaborate with IT to complete RFP or security questionnaires during the sales process.

  • Share insights and best practices within and outside the Sales team for continuous improvement.

  • Provide feedback from prospects to our product team to guide future enhancements.

  • Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support sales team improvement and revenue goals, including participating in events or leading training sessions.
