Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is integral to this evolution, as it allows us to establish a distinct sales-assisted growth strategy alongside our self-service funnel.
We are seeking a talented Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to spearhead the development and execution of Relay’s ABM initiatives. This hands-on, execution-driven position is pivotal in generating new, sales-assisted pipelines via scalable, one-to-many ABM programs. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and revenue operations to design targeted account programs, implement experiments, and convert insights into replicable growth strategies. This role, situated within Demand Generation, is perfect for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy building foundational strategies, and are motivated by rapid iterations and impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the execution of Relay’s one-to-many ABM programs, translating strategic visions into actionable campaigns that drive new pipeline for the sales-assisted funnel.
Develop, segment, and activate targeted account lists based on firmographic criteria.
Design and implement ABM campaigns across various channels including paid media, email, web, and direct mail, collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive, account-centric experiences.
Streamline ABM outbound workflows to facilitate automated or semi-automated SDR efforts that boost awareness and conversion rates.
Create and conduct agile, lightweight ABM experiments focused on verticalization and personalization, rapidly testing new ideas and refining them based on performance metrics and sales feedback.
Monitor and report on ABM performance metrics, including account engagement, demo quality, and pipeline contributions in collaboration with Revenue Operations and Analytics.
Disseminate learnings, insights, and recommendations across Demand Generation and Sales teams, contributing to the evolution of ABM as a scalable growth mechanism at Relay.
Collaborate with Revenue Operations to ensure alignment and effectiveness of ABM initiatives.
