Today, HTH has grown into a network of sixteen charter schools, accommodating around 6,350 students from kindergarten through 12th grade across four campuses in San Diego County. JOB SUMMARY

As an Academic Coach, you will play a crucial role in providing support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring their access to our general education curriculum. Your efforts will contribute to maintaining our favorable student-teacher ratio and delivering the personalized attention necessary for student success. Candidates must possess a minimum of 60 college credits to qualify for this position.

Duties include:

• Assisting in the instruction and supervision of students with learning differences, in both individual and small group settings.
• Supporting tutorial activities that cater to the needs of students with learning differences.
• Monitoring and assessing student progress to ensure effective learning outcomes.
