INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW
We invite students to embark on an enriching internship journey with our dynamic Client Engagement team at The Shipyard. This 12-week program is designed to provide hands-on experience within a fully integrated, digitally adept advertising agency. We are committed to fostering diverse talent and ensuring they gain valuable exposure and skills within the marketing and advertising sectors. Many of our former interns have found rewarding career paths with us post-internship. Our belief in experiential learning means we require interns to work in-person at our San Diego, CA office. Interns can expect to commit approximately 40 hours per week throughout the summer, with a competitive hourly compensation of $20.
YOUR ROLE
As an intern in the Client Engagement department, you will be paired with a supervisor who will guide you as you navigate the agency's operations and interdepartmental collaborations. You'll gain insights through shadowing meetings, participating in projects, and contributing to various campaigns alongside team members.
We expect candidates to possess a High School Diploma or GED.
