Your primary focus will be on strategically expanding our network of partners and member institutions. This includes identifying and developing relationships within new markets such as community colleges and regional state institutions, while also forming student reach partnerships with school districts and community-based organizations. You will work diligently to enhance engagement with underserved learner populations, including community college students and independent learners.Common App has set an ambitious goal to enhance access for learners in communities below the national median income, driving opportunities that are both accessible and affordable. Role overview The Vice President of Sales is based in New York City and reports to the Senior Vice President. This leader oversees a team of Directors who manage Account Executives, with a focus on acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth for Filevine. What you will do Set the vision and strategy for new revenue growth across the Sales organization. Prioritize pipeline management and standardized sales processes as key factors for success. Work with sales leadership to identify and address areas for process improvement. Guide the rollout of new sales strategies to streamline operations. Promote collaboration with teams in Sales, Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, CFL, and Finance. Requirements Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets. Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams. Keen attention to detail. Strong collaboration skills across departments.
