About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President to spearhead our business development efforts in Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). This position will focus on identifying new growth avenues and expanding our customer base within this groundbreaking sector. Responsibilities include prospecting new relationships, creating persuasive pitch decks, conducting market analysis, engaging potential clients through various channels, and negotiating contracts. Key Responsibilities Lead outreach initiatives for potential clients and manage responses to RFPs while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Perform comprehensive market research to pinpoint emerging trends and opportunities in the DLT landscape. Formulate and execute strategies for market penetration and growth, utilizing insights from industry developments and competitive analysis. Work closely with Relationship Managers, Sales teams, and Senior Executives to advance strategic and tactical sales initiatives. Oversee and guide internal projects while establishing frameworks for effective team management. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in business development and relationship management, with a strong background in blockchain applications preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of engaging high-level clients. Strong analytical abilities and strategic mindset to identify opportunities and craft innovative solutions. Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
