About the Role
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Vice President of Business Development to spearhead our enterprise growth strategies across Lusternational's extensive national infrastructure portfolio. This pivotal role will focus on identifying, capturing, and finalizing intricate public-sector opportunities within various domains of public infrastructure, including Department of Transportation (DOT), roads and bridges, transit systems, aviation, and water programs.
This position is not limited to proposals or relationship management. Instead, it serves as a national growth leadership role responsible for developing enterprise revenue strategies, executing capture initiatives, and ensuring alignment across Proposals, Delivery, and Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess extensive transportation domain expertise, strong credibility with public agencies and key partners, and a proven track record in closing large, politically complex infrastructure projects.
This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring occasional travel throughout the continental United States (approximately 2-4 times per month). The primary areas of focus include, but are not limited to, California, Georgia, New York, New Jersey, and Washington D. C.
