Although this position is not a project lead, it holds substantial responsibility for ensuring solution quality, making informed technical decisions, and instilling stakeholder confidence.Key Responsibilities:Exhibit deep practical knowledge in Dotmatics configuration, customization, and troubleshooting, gained through hands-on implementation and reverse engineering.Demonstrate strong backend and database capabilities, including:Writing and optimizing intricate SQL queries.Developing and maintaining sophisticated PL/SQL procedures.Design and review database structures, focusing on:Optimal table design and normalization.Creating ERDs, and establishing primary and foreign key relationships.Making informed data-modeling decisions aligned with functional and performance objectives.Transform business and scientific requirements into technically robust and scalable solutions.Evaluate and validate technical implementations to ensure compliance with best practices and long-term sustainability.Serve as the onsite technical authority for Dotmatics-related design and implementation decisions, as well as addressing EST timezone incidents alongside the run team lead.Capably undertake tasks independently without relying on knowledge transfers to initiate work.Interpersonal & Collaboration Skills:Work in close coordination with the offshore lead to ensure alignment on technical designs, scopes, and delivery expectations.Provide technical guidance, reviews, and clarifications to offshore team members to facilitate effective execution.Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SBAs), internal teams, and customer stakeholders to refine and validate requirements.Support customer discussions from a technical and solution-oriented perspective while recognizing that the offshore lead manages overall customer communication and project delivery.Soft Skills & Professional Approach:Possess a strong problem-solving mindset aimed at identifying the most suitable solution rather than following requirements blindly.Be willing to challenge assumptions—both internal and external—to ensure high-quality outcomes.Exhibit clear, concise, and assertive communication skills in both written and verbal interactions.Effectively explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrate a high sense of ownership and responsibility.
