About the job
Project Manager for Incident Response
Your Role
As a pivotal figure in our team, you excel at transforming chaos into order. In the event of a cyber attack, you are the steady force coordinating multiple workstreams, ensuring every component is tracked, and keeping stakeholders informed so that nothing slips through the cracks.
Though you may not speak the technical jargon fluently, you understand the necessary actions and the pertinent stakeholders involved. You are equally comfortable communicating with clients and technical teams. You differentiate between productive status updates and those that merely generate further inquiries. Having successfully managed high-pressure projects before, you recognize that in critical situations, your ability to remain precise and composed is invaluable.
Complexity is your forte. Balancing 5 to 8 concurrent projects energizes you, as you thrive in such environments. Your attention to detail ensures that every nuance is addressed, safeguarding the response process and preserving client trust.
Your Impact
Joining MOXFIVE as a Project Manager in our Incident Response practice means becoming the backbone of our operations during critical engagements when organizations need us the most.
In the face of ransomware incidents, your role transcends mere technical tasks. You will manage the orchestration of forensics, restoration, remediation, legal documentation, and client communications—all of which must progress concurrently. You will be the linchpin allowing our technical teams to concentrate on the response, while keeping clients informed and ensuring our engagements conclude with the precision and professionalism MOXFIVE is renowned for.
Your contributions do not merely organize projects; they redefine how organizations navigate one of their most challenging crises.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee incident response projects across multiple technical workstreams, ensuring alignment and coherence.
Act as a liaison among clients, technical teams, legal advisors, and internal MOXFIVE stakeholders.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including trackers, status reports, milestone logs, and deliverable schedules, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
Facilitate regular communication and updates to all parties involved.
