We are in search of a Senior / Lead QA Analyst to spearhead our QA strategy, enhance automation, and ensure our products consistently achieve the highest quality standards. Role Overview As a Senior / Lead QA Analyst, you will have a crucial role in maintaining the quality, reliability, and security of our decentralized applications. Your responsibilities will include defining and executing our QA strategy across various Web3 systems, from smart contract integrations to front-end decentralized applications (dApps). You will also be responsible for scaling automation frameworks and integrating testing into our CI/CD pipelines. This is a hands-on and strategic role where you will lead test planning and automation efforts, establish quality benchmarks, and mentor team members to ensure each release meets exceptional standards of usability and trust. Key Responsibilities Define and implement the overall QA strategy, focusing on automation coverage, quality metrics, and release readiness criteria. Design, execute, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, mobile, APIs, and smart contract integrations. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) to facilitate continuous delivery. Lead test planning, execution, and reporting for major releases, covering functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to set acceptance criteria and ensure testability of requirements. Develop tools and processes for cross-browser, cross-device, and wallet integration testing. Establish and advocate for QA best practices across teams. Mentor fellow QA engineers/analysts, offering guidance on automation, bug triage, and process improvements. Work closely with DevOps to enhance release pipelines and quality gates. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in QA/software testing (including 2+ years in the Web3 domain), with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity. Proven experience in building and scaling test automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Puppeteer). Strong background in CI/CD integration for automated testing pipelines. Familiarity with Web3 technologies, including smart contracts and wallets (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect).
